What I Do
As a UK based running and triathlon coach, I offer bespoke training plans for you, designed around your life and your priorities.
Using the ever popular Training Peaks platform, your workouts will be uploaded for you to view and sync to a number of compatible devices.
So What Do You Need?
To get started you don’t need ‘all the gear’. Suitable workout clothes, a swimsuit and a bike if you are looking to do triathlon, and a pair of good trainers. Yes a sports watch is great but a free app on your phone is enough to begin with. I can also send you your workouts in different formats if you don’t want to use Training Peaks at the start.
For those already with some experience and looking to improve then a sports watch is a good idea, a wetsuit if you are looking to do open water swimming and a turbo with Zwift for the indoor bike sessions.
